Ridgeley Welsh started karting at age 10, developing a passion for racing with the goal of one day to race cars professionally. His quest does not come without challenges as Ridgeley is living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Rather than letting ASD define or slow him down, he has turned it into a competitive advantage by hyper focusing on the track crossing the finish line to victory.
